All that means is that they got their weeks worth of runs out last night. :?

Expect 3-5 games of 2 runs or less now...

Those bats came out of nowhere...

M's still 1 game back, and have a tough schedule left. Thankfully, Oakland and KC haven't been playing too hot themselves, but M's gotta step it up to be able to sneak into the playoffs.

If only M's bats could be more consistent...

Hate to say it, but I don't think they are going to make it. Too many games against the red hot Angels.

Yeah I'm starting to think the same thing.

But now that the Angels have clinched the division, perhaps they won't be pushing as hard to win every game?

Anyway, Felix is pitching great, but as usual, M's bats are hiding.

Big hit my Logan, must win with angel's resting their whole team. Felix now has 13 nd's and his e.r.a. in those 13 starts is a combined 1.90, he must really like Seattle cause as a fan I get tired of starts like tonight only for him to not win, I can't imagine how he must feel. So many starts he goes six or seven innings 2 runs or fewer and nd's.

Man that HR by LoMo was awesome.

A's take on Phillies, KC/Det have a 3 game series against each other. M's really need a sweep against Houston.

RIP M's. 32 runs in 3 games, not gonna get into the playoffs playing like that.

2 games back.. With only 6 back, M's will probably have to win 5 of 6 to have a solid shot of making it.

Dagger.. M's have given up 42 runs in 4 games. What a great run, but not enough at the end to hold on.

Beltre's homerun in the 9th keeps M's playoff hopes alive. If A's lose at least 2 of their last 3 games and M's win their last games, M's are in. Don't hold your breathe.

Edit: I didn't realize M's held the tie breaker over KC, so if KC lost all 3 games and M's won all 3, M's are also in. Just win out and who knows, maybe something crazy will happen.

Do we hold the tie breaker over the A's?

m's win to hang onto a slight chance, 2 games back of Oakland with 2 to go. Chris Young and Iwa really went into a bad stretch of bad pitching, until tonight's game by Iwa.

M's win, A's lose. It all comes down to the last day of regular season. I'm pleasantly shocked that the M's are still alive. But even if the M's come up with the win tomorrow, the A's will also have to lose in order for the M's to go to the playoffs.
