we can hope, but portland is actually playing well right now. they just beat the spurs in san antonio last night. the fans want to tank (myself included) but it looks like the team is going to make a push for the 8 seed.

maybe turner will come back and mess everything up again.

Dame with a career high and blazers record 59 points tonight. He missed two out of ft's at the end that would've gotten him 61 points. Blazers beat Jazz, magic number down to one now to clinch the eight spot. Dame had 21 or 22 straight points in the first quarter, he didn't even score in the second quarter missing his only two shots. C.J. shot 4-20 and Crabbe was out with a sore toe, huge game for Dame vs the top ranked defensive team in the NBA.

Blazers clinched a playoff berth today with the Nuggets losing.

unless golden state sleepwalks one night this will be an easy sweep. just shut down nurkic and try to make some draft night moves.

Depends on his health, but Nurkic could cause problems for GSW. Not saying Portland will win the series, but they could take a game or two with a healthy Nurk.

I'm sure the Spurs thought it looked like an easy win when they announced the starters.

How cool for our backups to beat a team like the Spurs.

perhaps someone other than lillard and 3J will show up and we might steal a game in this series.

At full strength Portland could have pushed the Warriors, but right now we have zero answers in the paint.

Doesn't give you much hope when Dame and CJ have probably their best combined game of the season and we still lose by 12.

i was actually thinking the opposite, dame and 3J were the only blazers to show up and we had a tie game in the 4th quarter. give me a game in portland w/ nurkic and pray that somebody else actually hits a shot, and who knows.

game one was a great example as to why we need to focus on a legitimate 4 in the draft.

How many legitimate 4's are in the draft?
