Is this for real? Will be interesting to see if they can get it off the ground and if so, how much impact it will have on college football. Biggest question is will anyone want to watch which will have huge impact on advertising and their ability to pay anyone.

I think they're making a mistake by essentially going head-to-head with college football, where there is better coaching, strength and conditioning, branding, and a degree at the end. I think they should increase the ages allowed up to, say, 25 or 28 in order to be somewhat more comparable to the NBA D-League.

There's been multiple developmental leagues that have tried forming the past few years and they all seem to fizzle out before they even get going. i'll be surprised if this one is any different.
