It's been reported numerous times, it's not going to pick up. Baylor is going to keep playing football and sports period. It's still an accredited University for that matter. Penn State is still playing football because they don't want to hurt the athletes while still making lots of money off the program. UNC had a decades long academic scandal with teachers. The highest paid government employees in each state are almost entirely college coaches. Studies have also shown so far that if you continue to play football you are almost guaranteed to develop CTE and major cognitive issues later in life.

Nobody really gives a hoot so long as the show goes on. I used to call it Moronic Cognitive Dissonance but I like the term from Spiral Dynamics better: Aperspectival Madness.

His "hot water" was a mandatory $100k, tax deductible, donation shortly after signing an extension for a guaranteed $15M. He sure learned his lesson.

This will be a 'story' for a week or so, then the first round of NFL cuts will happen and everyone will go back to not giving a s*** about it, just like they did a few months back when the attack victim sat with SI to be interviewed.
