Big game for Arizona. They've walloped two patsies and lost a close one at home to Houston (who might be "decent"). Figuring Utah ends up on top, but wouldn't be shocked if the Wildcats win this one in Tucson. And I'm afraid I will be one of those who will tend to root against the Utes because of the C word at their WR position.

Utah up 13-10 at the half after the Wildcats got a TD near the end of the half. Arizona running the ball better, but Utah passing it better. Statistically pretty even at this point.

Off the top of my head, here are a few of Arizona's comedy of errors this game...
  • Running back fumbles away the ball on a long run that would have set them up first and goal.
  • They get 2 field goals blocked.
  • On 4th down, they pass and QB misses his TE running completely uncovered for what would have been an easy TD.
  • Running back is completely uncovered on a wheel route, QB hits him right in the hands and he drops it. If he catches it, he may have scored a TD, or at worse set them up with a first and goal situation. Instead they once again end up scoring no points.
  • Arizona QB throws an interception returned for a TD, one of his 3 interceptions this game.
  • Utah was backed up in a 2nd down and 30 situation, and Arizona gives up a TD.
  • Personal fouls extended multiple Utah drives.
Even with all this, Arizona recovers an onside kick at the end and has a chance to take the lead with 2:30 left. On the very next play, the QB fumbles the ball away (controversial call). Arizona compounds the problem by getting a 15 yard sideline penalty while arguing. They force Utah to punt, then throw another interception to seal their doom.

If the Ducks are relatively healthy, there is no reason they should lose to either of these teams.
