Weber St. @ Utah (Aug. 30, 5 p.m. PDT, Pac-12 Networks)

Not that I anticipate this being some terrific matchup, but I include it because

1. It's the Pac-12 opener (tonight) and gives us a look at what is supposed to be one of the Pac-12 South contenders, and
2. I'm really hoping the Utes look good and play well in their first two games to give them confidence before they host UW Sept. 15, a game I'm sure Utes' fans have been pointing to for a while as a real early season opportunity.

10-7 in the 3rd quarter, Damian Lillard's are up and getting the ball back 1 and 10 at their 18.

Utah had another 4th and 1 deep Weber territory and converted but the D holds em to a FG, 17-10 Utah just before half.

Utah fine woke up and took command, as most first games go.

Total statistical domination by the Utes: 25-3 in first downs, 588-59 in total yards, and 7.7 to 1.1 in yards per play. Glad they recovered.

4 turnovers is a potential concern, but also could be a sign of over-confidence and lack of attention to detail.
