Thoughts on the halfway point of the season:
No clear favorite in the East as only 4.5 games separate the 1 & 8 seeds

Absimov Saperstein was the best mid to late lotto pick and he seems to have brought the Knicks back after their down year last season.

Kings look to be a class above everyone else with the Suns and Warriors a tier below. I dont see a team jumping into the playoffs (currently outside) in the West and only the Pacers in the East

Then two sound defeats of admittedly bad teams without Vanderbilt. 5 more days.
