I missed the exact timing last month but we have officially been active on this forum for over 5 years now! Honestly, I cant believe it has been that long and it really has flown by but I want to thank all the GM's (Day 1'ers, you know who you are ) for taking the time to commit and making the league it has become. I can't speak for TK when he started the league back on the old forum what he envisioned or how long it would last but it has been a fun journey and has been amazing that this thing is still kicking with new GM's coming in and many legacy GM's who left but came back.
Here is to another 5 years of league existence and hopefully some teams will be able to break the goose egg of Finals championships.
All teams are awarded +5 and the conditions are:
Cant be used on drafted players for 2032
Category has to be below 65 Player Attributes
Deadline will be before preseason so you have the ability to build your team before applying the reward

I was doing prereqs for dental hygiene school at PCC.
Finished prereqs
Pivoted to Nursing
Moved to Albuquerque for school
Completed nursing school
Working as a nurse.
