Well, despite looking like it should be terrible, my team hovers around the outside of the playoffs

I see two directions I could go with this:

1. Trade some vets for picks multiple years down the road:
Shane Dezonie, one of the league's best 3pt shooters, great scorer
Greg Brown a solid all around forward who can play 2-4, defends well, balanced scorer, rebounder perfect 6th man type for a playoff team.

2. Move a bunch of this young potential talent for a stud
Not sure how it works with salary match but if you see something let me know.
