The Bell contract will be brutal in two years time and Im guessing teams were reluctant to part with a major pieces to acquire him so moving him would be tough as you wont get true value for his abilities currently.
A boom or bust project in Etoh is an underwhelming return but clearing $70 in future cap hits is the real return for a tanking team.
Noel will be able to fetch something on the market so its not a completely brutal deal
