Trae Young

Post by lukeyrid13 »

He should come out in this draft. Not sure how he fell through the cracks but maybe he 'signed a deal in Europe' and is now available to come over? He should come in as a star IMO but it would be cool if he could be added to this draft class since he's averaging 31ppg as a frosh currently.

He was drafted by the Spurs two/three years ago in the 2nd round and got cycled through. I talked with Jibba about making him the star of this class and thats when he let me know that he already was drafted.

Yeah I’m with Lukey, there’s kinda a shortage on young PGs and Trae would be a solid pinnacle piece.

I say leave him out, no need to double up guys, that's DASL, some guys bust some busts become good players. If we want familiar names we should just cycle back to the beginning again.

There are too many PGs to begin with right now.

There can never be too many PG's. My team needs more of them...

But seriously, he already flamed out. I'm ok with not bringing him back. Not everyone needs to pan out the way that we all projected

Yeah sucks. At the time, he was a 2nd round pick in mock drafts. I think I filled him in on the 2019 PG class. I usually go with top rank guys in the class.
