2024 PGs

Post by Oregon Ownage »

Jalen Johnson C C+ B A- C A
Jalen has great court vision and is able to get others involved, Jalen is the type of point guard that can lead a championship level team. Good handles. Great size and length. He has the scoring and play-making ability to be an impact point guard at the next level. Great at guarding the perimeter and is known to steal a ball or two. Great potential

Jeremy Roach C B B B C- C
Ready now prospect. Roach is a true point guard who excels at running the offense and controlling the pace of play. His ball handling skills and sneaky quickness allow him to penetrate and create plays for his teammates. Great shooting range. All around defender. Not great around the rim player. Overall solid potential

Jalen Terry D+ B B+ B C C
One of the most efficient players in the country, Terry hits a high percentage from the field, from 3 and from the foul line. Part of this is due to great shot selection and never forcing the issue. Good handles. He plays within himself and within the flow of the game. A true student of the game from good family bloodlines. Average potential

LJ Cryer C- B- B C+ D+ B
A much improved passer/distributor and shows some flashes of a true point guard ability. Good handles. Really knows the game and makes the smart basketball play. Is unselfish and operates within the flow of the game. Good shooting form. Not much of a driver but can take it to the rim. Will need to improve defensively. Good potential

Elijah Wood C C C B- C A
A work in progress. Elijah is a solid, fundamentally sound defender who has enough quickness to keep up with lead guards and enough strength to handle bigger guards. His help defense, awareness and positioning are things that don't show up in the stat sheet. Below average handles. Has the tools to become an offensive threat. Athletic, will need to hit the weight room. Good quickness and vision. Amazing raw potential

Adam Miller C- C A- C+ C- C
Best ball handler in this class. Rarely turns it over. Passing is very good. Above average shooting stroke from inside the arc but can hit some shots from deep. Has an eye on defense for picking passes. Below average defender. Average potential.

Adrian Baldwin C B- C B- D A
Needs improvement on his ball handling and passing skills. Work in progress PG. Very quick and it shows with his offensive skillset as he possesses a very good shooting stroke with developing range. Not the best on the ball defender currently but can nick a pass or two. Needs seasoning. Very good potential

Jordan Montgomery C C+ B C+ C B
Reliable with the ball in his hands. Needs some improvement with his passing but its not horrible. Good shooting stroke with some room to grow his outside game. Will need seasoning to be counted on. Above average potential.

Jalen Cone C- C- C+ C+ D+ B
Project player who has the skillset to be a quality depth player. Handles are good but passing needs some improvement. Not much of an offensive threat currently but might grow into it. Defensively, he has the IQ to compete but needs practice to develop it. Good potential.
