2030 PGs

Post by Oregon Ownage »

PJ Rose B- B- C+ A- D A
Son of Derrick Rose. PJ is an athletic scoring point guard who had an amazing high school career in Chicago. PJ turned scouts eyes open at the LeBron James camp. His ability to score the basketball combined with having stellar athletic gifts make him a candidate for the number one pick. Solid handles, will need time to cut down the turnovers. Great jump shot. Amazing potential

Jemel Thomas C B- B B- C- A
Flashy point with explosiveness and confidence. A capable defender with decent size for the position. Good handles. Should develop into more of a pure point guard. Very good at pushing the ball in transition. Good three point shooter. Terrific talent who could very well turn out to be the best point guard in the class. Great potential

Jayden Judah Moore C A- B+ B- D C
Ready now prospect. Good three point shooter and mid range game. Not the most athletic player nor flashy but plays smart while keeping a cool head. Will have a tough time guarding physical opponents. Solid potential

Aiden Smalls C B+ C+ A- D- B
Smalls is a skilled combo guard that can play either backcourt position, and he can shoot and pass the basketball. Smart player that has a good feel for the game. Turnover prone so he may benefit playing off the ball early in his career. Gifted scorer. Crafty defender with good speed. Good potential

Jasiah Cannady C B- C B+ C A
Will need time to develop. Raw talent but has the athleticism to develop nicely. Good shooter from all over the floor. Fairly good scorer off the dribble. Will need to work on his handles. Solid passer. Great defender. Great potential

Brady Wanzer C C+ A- A C- C
Qucik player with great handles and very good passing range. Gets the ball to the playmakers. Jump shot inside the arch is good but range is limited. Very good defender with a knack for creating turnovers. Average potential

George Dial D+ C+ A B- D C
Best passer in this class. He can see lanes open up before releasing the ball. Unfortunately, he is very reckless trying to make that highlight reel assist. Very good jump shot but thats all in his locker offensively. Solid on defense but will create turnovers. Average potential.

Tony Holzman A- C+ B- B- D D
Uses his size, speed and strength in getting to the rim and finishing with authority. Great slasher who has the ability to pull up and knock down jumpers. Range is limited though. Below average handles but decent passer. Wont hurt you defensively but dont expect a lockdown player. Not much room for growth but is perfect coming off the bench and getting buckets.

Jaelon Germany C B- C C+ D+ A
Project player who will need 3 years before judging him. Offensively he can score inside and out but needs to refine his technique and approach. Very reckless with the ball in his hands and needs to improve his passing. Defensively, he is known for lapses but with the right coaching he can turn into a very good defender. Great potential.

Eddie Ward C- C+ B- A C- C
Top PG defender in this class. Ability to defend inside and out right now and is a pest creating turnovers. Very quick and great handles. Passing is average. Solid form the charity line. Average potential.
