Ask the Commish!
Cant get over the hump? Feel that you are struggling in one or more areas of this game? Don't fully understand how certain aspects of the game work? FA, Draft, DC's, trade valuation, etc. Ask the commish.
As we all know, this league has a skill gap of players and that makes it challenging for newer GM's to break through and compete at a high level longer than one year. In an effort to help close that gap, I will dedicate my time to help out fellow GM's in any aspect/s of the game that you might feel you are struggling in. My intent is to provide a knowledge transfer with a detailed look back on your history as a GM in this league and whats causing you from breaking through. Due to how in depth this could be, I will work with one GM at a time so I can solely focus on those needs before taking on another GM.
I am not giving away ratings, potential, etc. but rather a look into aspects where you might be struggling with some knowledge I have learned first as a GM like yourselves and also as a commish. I will not tell you how to run your team, what direction you should take, etc. Thats on you as a GM but hopefully with the insight that I provide, you can make better informed decisions to finally raise the title.
If you are interested, please PM me and describe where you think you are struggling and I will get back with you.
This is intended for newer/ish players and not vets who have won. You dont need it
