Both of them are blazing fast! Can't wait to see them on the track and football field.

I wonder how much the coaches use the fact that we've got a top notch track & field program to their advantage in recruiting?

James won the 100 meters at the Texas state track meet in 2006 with a time of 10.51.

As for Jamere Holland? Attended Taft High where he ran track and played football...Won the California state 100m and 200m in 2005 and placed second in the 100m in 2006... PRs of 10.36 in the 100m and 20.92 in the 200m.

I think they will find a way to contribute.
That is some serious speed!

THink about having Holland, James, and Harper blowing out on patterns at the same time, with a QB who can hit them in stride...
Yet has the ability to hand it off or run it himself?

Talk about a quick-start offense!
Autzen Stadium... Where great teams go to die...Hard!
