Crazy question..
Would the coaches burn Harrison's redshirt for these final two games?

Re: Crazy question..
I wouldn't think so with zero playing time.

Yes. He started out helping on ST but started showing up more on defense in garbage time.UOducksTK1 wrote:Has Spring already burned his redshirt?chapelhillduck wrote:IIRC Springs is up after Dior...

Harrison has already played this year, apparently.

Re: Crazy question..
I'm assuming ESPN got the stat wrong and it was a Charles Nelson tackle since they have Harrison listed as #6.fpsduck wrote:duckfan96 wrote:Would the coaches burn Harrison's redshirt for these final two games?

Although, goducks.com has the same. That would be sad.pudgejeff wrote:I'm assuming ESPN got the stat wrong and it was a Charles Nelson tackle since they have Harrison listed as #6.fpsduck wrote:duckfan96 wrote:Would the coaches burn Harrison's redshirt for these final two games?

Re: Crazy question..
Maybe I should finish researching before posting. looks like he played highschool in 2010 and JC 2012/2013 so maybe only a 2 to play 2 guy? Although he would maybe be able to apply for a medical redshirt?

Re: Crazy question..
Springs has played in mop up duty and some special teams but he isn't on our starting special teams units.
And Harrison has not played. He has been in street clothes on sidelines every game due to a knee injury.
Springs and Swain both only saw mop up duty and sporadic special teams play. In hindsight they could have conceivably red-shirted but hopefully the experience pays dividends. The rest of the true frosh that played had more significant roles.

Harrison has definitely suited up, and goducks has him listed as playing in 1 gamelukeyrid13 wrote:Springs has played in mop up duty and some special teams but he isn't on our starting special teams units.
