My only guess is they have different packages tonight and we're alternating them to keep CU off balance a little.
It also now forces future opponents to scheme 3 different QBs

Nice bouceback win even if it was ugly at times on offense. Unless Oregon gets a passing game, the offense will struggle against better teams.

Yay Brooks-James, can't believe he's fallen so far down the depth chart.

Thank god we were playing Colorado tonight. The inability to pass is not going to bode well for them as the season continues unless our OL can absolutely dominate opposing teams. We could end up looking a lot like the Masoli years this season.

I know he's a corner now, but if we only plan on throwing 10-15 times a game until Adams comes back. Play Ty Griffin at qb. At least he's dynamic with the ball in his hands, and no way is he any worse at throwing the ball.

Only lost the time of possession battle by 30 seconds :) in all seriousness though one really nice thing to see was only 4 penalties ( 2 being stupid unsportsmanlike) but otherwise a clean game on the front.

We just need to find ways to win until VA's index finger fully heals. One encouraging sign was the play of the offensive line. Colorado knew we were running the majority of the game, yet we were able to run it at will. The WRs stayed focussed the entire game, especially when they weren't getting passes thrown their way, and continued to block well down the field. And what else can you say about Oregon's running backs, specifically Freeman and Griffin? I'm LOVING the thunder and lighting look at RB right now.

Although I thought the defense was too soft the majority of the night and should have brought more pressure, I got to give credit to the defense tonight. I know if we were playing a better opponent, things may have been a little different. The front seven played great and DeFo was a beast out there tonight. I do think we need to pressure WSU more at Autzen next week. Whenever we blitzed tonight, good things happened.

Enjoy this win and let's beat Washington State next week! Go Ducks!

He had a shoulder injury in the GA State game and then missed the Utah game so I can see why he fell. Same thing happened to Benoit after his knee injury.

Go DUCKS!

Running game was much more dynamic and the defense picked up steam. Great confidence builder, which is exactly what this team needed. Hopefully VA's finger heals quick. In the meantime, loved seeing Allie hit that big pass. What a huge moment for him!

Georgia State plays at the FBS level in the Sun Belt. This makes this our first Pac-12 victory. 3 more and we go bowling, let's keep it small and build from there!
