Byron Marshall won't red shirt. Too bad, I was hoping to see him again next year. Injury might hurt his draft stock though.

One of the most underrated Ducks in recent times imo. Teammates called him the best all-around athlete on the team, and that's pretty high praise when you consider how many of them the Ducks have.
Hope he gets a shot in the NFL.

I thought he was very, very underrated. He is not better than any of our WRs next year, though. He was also kind of pouty when he didn't get the ball, though.

Curious why he wouldn't try? Gonna give the NFL a shot? Sick of Football and ready to move on with life?

This is a no-brainer, we are LOADED at runningback and receiver. Playing time at this point would be tough to get.

You can't blame him. Who really wants to be in school 6 years?

Been thinking for several years how under appreciated his contributions are. Something about the guy made him easy to overlook despite the amazing things he's done.Cedar Tree wrote:One of the most underrated Ducks in recent times imo. (Insert joke comparison about Marshall dropping ball early and leaving early)
In all seriousness though, he was great

I think he was always a fan favorite. Every one always seemed to want him to get the ball more after the games were over. Made some amazing and clutch plays for uswlduck wrote:Been thinking for several years how under appreciated his contributions are. Does anyone know if Carrington is gone too? I heard something about his instagram made it look like he was leaving.

No way Carrington is gone. And are we looking at the same instagram account? The one I am looking at he is posting stuff about returning to Autzen next year.

I agree how underrated he was, moving from rb to wr for the team. Also agree probably best move for him with everybody back for ducks next year.
