Shrine game

Vernon Adams is lighting it up. 2 TD passes already after the WKU qb stunk it up.. Balducci got the start but not much of an impact.

3 now- snowed in here in DC, and Big Play is keeping me going with his performance. We were so lucky to have him!

Yeah, he's the best qb here in St. Pete today, followed by Ruddock.

Nevermind, Ruddock with the pick. Aside from VA qb play has been atrocious.

VA should be a late round pick right? Imo his health would be the biggest uncertainty with him.

CollegeFootball 24/7 @NFL_CFB

.@MikeMayock on @WinTheDay's Vernon Adams: I've been doing @Shrine_Game for many years. This is by far the sharpest I've seen a QB look.

Certainly doesn't hurt his stock. Btw thanks for posting this, reminded me to record the replay later tonight.

I always love it when national commentators sound so amazed that Oregon QBs can throw from the pocket.

Makes me wonder what could have been if he stayed healthy...even though we had a terrible defense.

Our D wasn't good enough to win a championship.

We would have definitely gone to the Rose Bowl though.

I say a healthy VA UO beats MSU, WSU and wins the Pac 12 easily. And Utah is more of a 62-56 type game.

In the Shrine game, Adams sported a 140+ QB rating... All others were at 80 or lower.

Anyone notice how well VA handled low snaps from the Center?

Too bad the Ducks couldn't do a better job of protecting him while he was here. VA spent entirely too much time under pressure.
