Helf seems to have a really good rapport with the local media. Very often refers to people by their names and cracks jokes.
One of the main reasons I linked to that is Moseley's interview. He was asked what happened with Mahalak, and he basically says that he just never looked comfortable, and alludes to it being a 'leadership' issue. I found it really interesting.
