If Helf somehow gets fired mid-season (he won't), Hoke (or maybe Greatwood/Campbell) is the choice to take it over. Lubick has only been the OC for 4 games and his previous experience is only as a position coach. He absolutely does not have the experience to be the HC.

Mullens needs to stop these projects and start actually hiring qualified people. Helf, Frost, Hoke, Pellum, and Lubick are all projects. Mullens is not doing well with his projects, after all he didn't hire Altman or Chip.
