Shouldn't the coaches be aware of of his inability to make that throw?

Any QB can make that throw. High school kids can make that throw. Prukop dropped in a perfect touch pass over defenders to Taj earlier in the second half. I'm sure Prukop has made throws like that with ease not only in practice, but also during his time at Montana State. It was just a really bad throw.
