what would our record be if we'd played Bama, Stanford and Utah...do we have room to talk right now? really?
3-0?

I was going to say 4-0 because beating Bama counts twice.

They'll have a year to get used to the new defensive scheme, they'll have a QB that has been in the system longer than a few months, and the coordinators will have a year of growing pains to learn from. While it's hard to lose to Colorado and see a potentially 5 loss team, it happens to everyone at some point in time. Hell, teams like LSU that were predicted to win the SEC by some may very well lose that many. It's a weird year in college football.
5 losses would be a good year based on what I've seen so far. We could lose the next 7 games(not likely). Its going to be a shootout in everyone.

I'm still mostly excited to go to the Cal game. I think that's a positive statement?

Brilliant thread.

I'll probably post in here during games now.

Careful pezsez1, this is a clever fly paper whoosh thread for panicky, light weight Oregon fans who want to fire the entire staff mid-season for a close loss.

It would still be infinitely better than the fiasco that was the Colorado gameday thread.

C'mon man. Don't make me bring out the Chopper Reid video again. :D

Get in the game day thread this weekend and throw some elbows if you need to.

Oh, I'll be there. And I found a video that might come in handy.

Just listen to this Talkin' Ducks segment where both Joey and Fentress agree that it's way too early to panic. This is exactly how I'm feeling about the current situation.
