Coaches' Twitter thread: Start New or Retitle

Post by greenyellow »

We've gotten a couple suggestions about what to do about with the Coaches' Twitter thread. One suggestion is to close it because of how associated it is with the Taggart era and start a new one in its place once the new coaching staff is hired. The other suggestion is to leave it open and just retitle it the Oregon Social Media thread. Which one do people want?

Maybe just leave it for a bit

The next few months are going to be heartbreaking for anyone brave enough to follow the team

Probably better to pick it in a few months

It happened, might as well keep it pinned with the other threads of this nature. This board has been around for a while and we're going to last longer than the next coaching staff.

+1. Leave it until we have head coach in place then change the thread.

I'm with this, I say def leave it for now and then once the new staff is assembled we decide then if we want to adjust.

I was just thinking about that this morning. May be a more logical approach. Start one as soon as the last game has been played.

I'd say a during season thread , and then bowl/off-season one.

I think a general Oregon social media thread would be fine. Open a new one every year.
