If so, we could always shut this one down once a new staff is hired and start a fresh one.

Another good idea. Beginning to think we should have poll to see what people want.

Somehow I'm getting this feeling that Leavitt is doing his best to show everyone he'd like a shot at the UO HC job.

I'm sure those within the AD know he's interested but it's a matter of if they think he's the right guy going forward.

I really hope we are able to retain most of the staff. Bunch of good dudes who care about the players and are good at their jobs. You don't get that combo very often...

Saw tweets re-posted or on 247 from Holland and Lenzy stating if either Leavitt Cristobal is the new HC, they will stick... They want the chance to play for as many of these current staff members as possible.

I could live with that.

That is very good news and those two are my favorite coaches to fill the spot.

I would like to think he wants to be here, one way or the other... I get the AC to B.C. thing, but... Build your resume and show a bit of humility and gratitude... One year and splitting just isn't cool...

That's why I want Leavitt to be HC. I think if we make him HC, give CristoBALL a raise and make Joe the DC, we could keep a lot of the momentum we had.
