Getting positive publicity for your program because of your Strength and Conditioning Coach is pretty f*cking amazing. We better be ready to throw some serious cash to keep him in Eugene when the SEC schools start lining up to bring him back to the South...

While Salary will be a part of any decision he will make in the future, I've got to also imagine that having one of the best facilities in the world also matters too. He literally just got done adding an entire new set of weights and equipment to the Taj Mahal of Muscle.

I think both he and his wife are from the south originally so you’d think a lot would depend on how much they enjoy their time in Eugene. I remember reading that they had issues finding housing because they own pit bull(s) and they aren’t allowed in the city of Eugene.
