Definitely could be correct, because penei came back in, and was later standing without crutches. So he either had a shot or it's not a severe sprain.
But looking at peneis legs, he could definitely use more hip and leg muscle mass. Maybe it's worth it to take until next year and blast his hips and legs for 6 months post recovery.
