Potential opponents include: Iowa, Northwestern, Wisconsin, Minnesota.

I'd love to see Northwestern, but Iowa or Wisconsin aren't too bad of a choice either.
As long as it's not Minny, those would be fun matchups.

Same, NW would be a good one.

SO bowl game predictions?
Rose Bowl- Washington (guaranteed)

My guesses:
Alamo Bowl- Utah
Holiday Bowl- WSU
Red Box Bowl- Stanford
Sun Bowl- Oregon
Cheez It- Cal
Las Vegas- ASU

No way is the Alamo Bowl going to go with Utah. WSU will likely get that spot, likely to be matched up against WVU to create one of the better non-NY6 bowl game matchups. The Holiday Bowl supposedly really wants Oregon (due to their brand and travel history of fans) so it wouldn't surprise me if Utah falls all the way to the Sun Bowl.

Oregon headed to the Redbox Bowl in SF, where they'll face Michigan State:

Utah getting the Holiday Bowl may have been due to their fan presence at the Pac-12 CG. That pick then made Oregon more attractive than Stanford for the Redbox Bowl since Stanford has a limited fanbase that doesn't even attend home games very well.

They had a good showing at the CG? It looked like a terrible turnout for that game.

Michigan State has the number 1 ranked run defense in the country. Our run it up the middle before we throw it to double coverage on 3rd and long offense could be in trouble.

Fortunately Penei should be back meaning he can at least hold up one end up the line again giving us that false sense of ability to run through teams. This is an opportunity to test how much Arroyo can grow as an OC. If we can't exploit any mismatches at some point from a seasons worth of film with a month of coaches preparing for it won't bode well for his future.
