Amadi wins Lombardi Award
Ugo Amadi has won the prestigious Lombardi Award, given to the best college football player based on performance, leadership, character, and resiliency.

I had no idea he had any chance of actually winning this award. I mean, he didn't even make 1st or 2nd team All-Conference (which was a joke). Congrats to Ugo.

But this awards combines off field/character qualities along with on field performance, so they are not exactly the same. Awesome, and Congrats! He was my defensive MVP this year, and it is so cool to hear he was strong in the community. Nicely done!
