Haki Woods Granted Another Year of Eligibility

Post by Phalanx »

Per his twitter. Good news for the DB unit depth, although I have no idea where these extra scholarships are coming from.

Great news for Haki!

For the scholarships, when do we have to be at 85? 1st game? Fall camp? End of spring?

Believe they're now at 89 scholarships. They'll have to have 4 players transfer or medically retire to get under the limit before either fall camp starts or the first game. I guess this is a better problem to have than being short-handed and not having a full roster like they've had the past 3-4 seasons.

Not sure. He seemed to get passed over by Khalief and presumably will by mykael Wright as well.

Is Kahlef being moved primarily to safety, or was that just a one practice type deal?

Think he's been there all of the spring practices so far, which likely means they feel comfortable with their CB depth.
