Thanks, Tray Dub, Hythloday does a great job. Some very encouraging thoughts in his breakdown, particularly that the Trojans really have a bad defense; and if Oregon avoids a rerun of 2011 when Matt Barkley to Marqise Lee ruined everything, it should be a good day.

Good article on Thomas Graham and how he de-committed from USC after their DB coach ignored him: https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2019/1 ... t-usc.html
Lenoir was also dicked around by USC. And now both are better than any CB that USC has.

Hopefully the scheme allows our DBs to play more man/press coverage. We don't have the best pass rush, so playing a zone is a recipe for getting picked apart ala last week vs Wazzu.

Yes, and while they may have great WR”s, their QB isn’t anywhere as good as the last few we have faced IMO.DmoneyDuck wrote:Hopefully the scheme allows our DBs to play more man/press coverage. I am surprised when the pundits talk about Oregon not getting sacks the last two games they fail to mention it is hard to get a sack against WSU because he is throwing the ball in like 2 or 3 seconds. The lack of pressure against Washington is a little disturbing.

Man, does anyone else get butterflies before B.I.G. duck games?

I get nervous for almost every duck game! I usually can’t eat during duck games until it’s a blowout either way.brich75 wrote:Man, does anyone else get butterflies before B.I.G. duck games?

Defense looking timid and soft so far. Lenoir leaving a HUGE cushion for Pittman.

Pittman getting the better of Lenoir early. Two 3rd and 10 conversions for USC. Avalos get your defense right!

Hey DLine, tackling is a good idea, especially an average white QB.
