Seattle ran a great 4 and 1 play at philly. They brought the TE in motion with Wilson under center, but wilson turns and pitched it to Penny going to opposite direction of the the motioning TE. He got 5 years easy. There are lots of plays we can do besides a run right up the gut, if the coaches don't want to run a QB sneak.GrantDuck wrote:Also refusing to run QB sneak(a play with a 90% conversion rate on 4th and 1 or less) and not running Herbert AT ALL are absolutely maddening.
Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn.

If he got 5 years, what will be the penalty for never running Herbert?
All kidding aside. Something Cristobal said was Herbert has the green light to run anytime and that he trusts him. Makes me wonder if there is a confidence issue for Herbert that he is afraid to run, or Herbert is purely only thinking of the millions he will be making NFL and therefore not going to risk an injury. That in the end, ends up hurting the team. You don't have to worry about him running as an opposing defense. Makes one less person have to account for on running play. No need to spy on Herbert.

I wonder if Arroyo will be that one stubborn part of the team that the head coach will never let go. The allioti and pellum of MC's tenure.
