Tyler Shough and Brady Breeze talking in Portland Fri Feb 7
Friday February 7th at 7 PM
Athey Creek Christian Fellowship (West Linn, OR)
Warning, they are religious dudes and will be sharing some of their life with us. So if that ain't for you and you don't what they believe, up to you! But I'm going, it'd be cool to meet them and hear them talk. Rose Bowl MVP + likely our QB next year. Sweet!
If any of you go, hit me up. It'd be nice to meet some of you.

That's great. Unfortunately I already have a church function that same night otherwise I would try to attend.

Great role models these two guys are. i can't make it but I would think this will be a big hit.
if i was a HS athlete I would have loved to have these guys come talk.

Ummm, everyone on this board seems supportive. You might want to wait and use that as a response if someone lashes out at the idea of players having personal religious beliefs.woundedknees wrote:OMG, the HORROR!

Although, preemptive strikes can work.

Um mm... It was sarcasm, aimed anywhere but Oregon, and the Duck players.
The caliber of character among the Duck roster appears to be improving quite a bit since CMC took over.
In no way was bad mouthing Shough, Breeze, or any other team members.
BTW, I'm one of the 'religious types', myself.
The last couple seasons have shown some really high character guys.
Good onya, boys!
God forbid the Oregon players ever descend to the caliber of some of the hired help that populated some of the Ducks opponents in previous decades, eh?

Wounded- he was saying that, before sarcastically* mocking people being upset about this, it would make sense to wait until someone is upset. If everyone is supportive, there's no one to mock!
