Ditto, I wish the entire basketball program as a whole received more attention. Really disappoints me whenever I see our attendance these days. But thanks for the props, Feb/March is always a great time for basketball.duck541 wrote:Love how much effort you put into the bball forum, I just wish we had more activity here.

Oregon's win may have sealed the deal, but Oregon could put the final dagger in with a win over OSU, or probably even one win in the Pac-12 tournament.

Re: RPI watch
Texas with a big win over Baylor. They are just 1 team out according to ESPN. For tomorrow...
Iowa (48 RPI, projected 8 seed)
36 Mar. 3 @ Indiana 7:00 PM
Texas A&M (38 RPI, projected 9 seed)
89 Mar. 3 @ Florida 9:00 PM
Indiana (42 RPI, projected 10 seed, last 4 byes)
51 Mar. 3 Iowa 7:00 PM
NC State (50 RPI, projected 10 seed, last 4 byes)
84 Mar. 3 @ Clemson 9:00 PM
Dayton (29 RPI, projected 9 seed)
71 Mar. 3 Rhode Island 7:00 PM
Lots of teams that are in a very similar position to Oregon will be playing tomorrow. Honestly though, wouldn't Oregon rather be a #10 seed than a #8 or #9?
Anyway, just a small handful of teams to keep tabs on tomorrow.

I would rather be a 10 than an 8/9. Outside of: Wisconsin, Duke, Virginia, Kentucky and Gonzaga, I think everyone else is very beatable and not elite.

Yep I too rather get 10 seed, as it seems only the 1 seeds are really great teams.
