Oregon down 3 at the under 8 timeout. They just can't get a stop on defense and any score seems to be a struggle within the offense.

Nobody will remember November games come March. Remember Baylor and Georgetown last year? Or Boise State and UNLV the year before? Those seasons ended up working out pretty well.Eksynyt wrote:Damage will have already been done by then if we lose games in the non conference to the likes of DePaul who is a BigEast bottom feeder.Duck24 wrote:Young and inconsistent. This team is pretty average athletically. Wooten and Bailey are the exception, but they make freshman mistakes.Duck07 wrote:This squad looks very average at both ends of the floor, not excelling at any one thing.

The officiating has been brutal in this tournament.

Headed to OT tied at 75 after Pritchard misses a wide-open three.

I'm not an Elijah Brown fan. He doesn't do much defensively and he's not as good of a shooter as he thinks he is.

Oregon getting buckets and DePaul getting cheap free throws. I sure hope Phil Knight publicly reprimands these awful officials but I know he won't.

Glad it's a tied game with how Oregon has played. The lack of ball movement and excessive three point shooting is hard to watch. Can someone please tell Elijah Brown that he isn't James Harden?

Re: PK80 Tournament Thread
Oregon pulls out the 89-79 win and meet Oklahoma on Sunday at 10 AM. The Ducks need to quit relying on the three ball so much since shooting games like last night will happen again. Got somewhat lucky that Pritchard and Brown got hot late and they started getting to the FT line.

Good win ducks! Wasn't the prettiest of wins but it was great to see some real leadership emerge! This team will only get better!

Yep, sucks McCoy went to UNLV. He would have such a big impact this year.brich75 wrote:Learn learn learn... There is potential but no big man is killing us! Good win though!
