I just, can’t. These refs should be fired before the game is over.

If they were rough and physical type calls it would be one thing. Some of them are just so weakOregonFan4Life wrote:I know how bad PAC-12 officiating is, it’s beyond pathetic, but they still manage to find ways to shock me at how terrible they are. How can a Power 5 conference have such awful officials? It seems like they just get worse and worse.

How can 3 guys be so incredibly incompetent at their job? I can’t comprehend that.

This game has given me a new idea to fix basketball: 4 officials, 1 dedicated to standing on the baseline alone so that they always have a clear line of sight on fast break plays to their basket and that way they can see the entire court of 10 players when its away from them.
So many of these soft calls are made when the official has ZERO line of sight of said foul.

PAC needing a thorough officials overhaul. Larry Scott doesn't give a damn though.

Deep breath....deep breath.....inhale...exhale....inhale....
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

This isn't on purpose, but you've just kept posting what I completely agree with. One of the worst calls a ref makes IS the foul that is called because the ref is assuming it was committed.Duck07 wrote:This game has given me a new idea to fix basketball: 4 officials, 1 dedicated to standing on the baseline alone so that they always have a clear line of sight on fast break plays to their basket and that way they can see the entire court of 10 players when its away from them.

Amazing. This Oregon team looks nothing like the Oregon team a month ago. In every facet.

All of a sudden this looks like an athletic, quick and fresh team.
With that said, such a strange game with so many lazy turnovers on both sides, missed dunks, Washington giving up so early in the game. Oh well, I'll take a W
