Great news. Hope he pulls the trigger.

Juiston is a beast for rebounding/inside scoring. Okoro is going to have to make major strides on defense after losing Wooten, however.

Looks like Altman is going after another prep recruit in Lok Wur, a wing from Omaha, Nebraska. Is pretty raw skill wise but at 6'9'' with freakish athleticism has some stuff you can't teach. Also, Alabama transfer Tevin Mack, is visiting today apparently. Love all the interest but it would be great if we could get Juiston to commit soon.

I watched Wur's highlight tape earlier and frankly there's a lot to like. Very athletic. Not just a 6'9 statue.

Also Wur is getting attention from a lot of schools now that he's been cleared academically and doesn't have to go JC route.

Juiston isn't committing supposedly until June 15th but he's apparently been posting a lot of Oregon stuff on his Instagram lately so it's still looking good for him.

We got Omoruyi so I am in enough good humor for another five days. ;)

Lok Wur is intriguing to say the least. Dude is skinny as all hell but very athletic and really attacks the rim. Seems to be a very active defender as well. Article from January said he was also shooting 61% from three-point range (91-150) at the time.

I wish Altman would focus on one or two guys like him or Glover every year, guys who have tremendous upside but are not as polished and would be more likely to stick around a couple years to develop.

Haha sure... If they don't show any progress in 2 years and want to transfer that's fine. If VBJ had improved at all he'd probably be playing Richardson's minutes and stick around. IMO the upside is worth it, and it's also nice to have guys on the team for more than one year but maybe that's just me. Either way I have total confidence in Altman, it's just nice being able to root for a kid for more than one year in a Duck uniform.
