I've long expected a Beaver fan to go this berserk at some point and I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. OSU fans as a group don't care about their own team's success or failure as much as they care about seeing the Ducks lose. And that's why I still expect to see a Beaver fan arrested at some point for a serious assault on someone wearing Duck bear, perhaps even a murder. Maybe even a murder using a chainsaw.

Everywhere I turned it seemed like there were some bushleague Beaver fans. The first occasion was when I was walking on a sidewalk heading towards Reser along some Beaver tailgates, while a Beaver fan steps right in front of me, gets right in my face, yells a wholesome "F*** You!", and then tosses a rose at my feet while saying "You're going to the Rose Bowl, Duckies!". I just couldn't stay silent, so I just said, "Yea its pretty nice when you're consolation price is a Rose Bowl isn't it? Oh wait, you wouldn't know anything about that." That shut him up pretty fast and I was able to walk away with a nice grin.
