UNC potential recruiting handicap

Due to new legislation being approved by a N.C. state congress sub-commitee, UNC system Universities may be forced limit out of state scholarship student athletes to 18% of each freshman class. That's basicly saying for every 28 freshman recruits you bring in, 5 can be from other states.

There's no mention when this would be brought to a vote within the state congress.

That would ruin there basketball dynasty

It will ruin their status as the up and coming team in the ACC. This will push a lot of top level talent away.

This would include Duke and Wake forest too?...and all the rest?...or would it not?

I beleive only the state schools so Duke and Wake wouldn't have any problem.
