Returning Players?
http://myespn.go.com/blogs/pac10/0-6-34 ... -year.html
"TE Ed Dickson, CB Jairus Byrd, RB LeGarrette Blount, DE Will Tukuafu, S T.J. Ward...also QB Jeremiah Masoli, CB Walter Thurmond III"
Is this just because they are juniors? or because they won't go into the draft.

Re: Returning Players?
Ya its just because they are underclassmen...last year the same list had JStew returning...
That list is subject to change if guys decide to leave early.

Re: Returning Players?
IMO our success next year is directly connected to who stays and who leaves. Those guys are our leaders..if more than one or two go then we could lack some serious leadership..which is never good (ie our basketball team)

On sort of a related note, Tebow is coming back next year.

Re: Returning Players?
I'd be surprised if any of these guys weren't back next season. Another year would boost all their draft stock and we've got unfinished business in the pac-10

The only one who wouldn't really surprise me if he left is Jairus Byrd, just because I think he would draft in the first round. Blount would too, but I think we clarified earlier in the season that he wants to stay. I seriously hope they all stay though, we need all of them.

Re: Returning Players?
I'm not so sure Byrd's a 1st Rd pick, but if anyone leaves Byrd might be it. There's a chance he'll be a day one pick, but I think more of 2nd or 3rd Rd pick.addictedtoquack wrote:The only one who wouldn't really surprise me if he left is Jairus Byrd, just because I think he would draft in the first round. I don't see anybody leaving. I don't see anybody, if leaving early, that would be a 1st or even 2nd round pick.

Moseley is also reporting that Tukaufu will return. That's good news!
