Devoe Joseph can't handle a poor shooting night.
Sometimes shooters have off nights, that's normal, Joseph is having one again, but he doesn't know how to handle it. All he does is keep forcing shots, it's annoying because it's hurting the overall team play for the Ducks. The Ducks as a team are forcing too many outside shots, they need to let the game come to them.

When Joseph is shooting well he often sets up his team mates, when he has a off night he gets more selfish and hurts the team.

He really needed to, when he was struggling, to start deferring to those that had hot hands.
