Re: Kasongo officially a duck
I thought i just read somewhere that the ducks had stopped recruiting him. This is a pleasant surprise; here's hoping he tears it up for the ducks.

Good thing about basketball is the early signing period, so in a few weeks he will sign his LOI.

Re: Kasongo officially a duck
This day just keeps getting better!
Young qualifies, Kasongo commits, and the Ducks have the potential for a weekend trifecta, if Michael Chandler commits.
Assuming Jordan Bell recommits and qualifies, next year could be something special.

It has been mentioned in the past that Kasongo may have some academic issues. I won't celebrate until he is fully cleared and in the fold.

That was my first thought. Get this kid signed ASAP. Great pickup if it all works out.buckmarkduck wrote:Good thing about basketball is the early signing period, so in a few weeks he will sign his LOI.

I think this is related to Facey being cleared to play for UConn. I think if that doesn't happen Kasongo goes there. However it works out I'm glad he's here. Hopefully he's glad as well.

Also been hearing of Idrissa Diallo and Cameron Oliver as possible candidates for that last spot.
