It will go away if they don't sign on the same day. If the guy not on your team signs first you're OK. If the guy on your team signs first and the other guy doesn't sign on the same day, bye bye cap space.

Can we start making a League Discussion thread for our GMs to just shoot the breeze and chat about their teams or anything else? Most leagues have this and it is very much conducive to activity.

Ya, you could probably get one started in the articles sub and it wouldn't get knocked down by other threads. I think it would be fun to have

5 day sim everyday. If I miss a day, I will do a 10 day the following day to catch up

Haven’t found anything related to this in the past but can we use our cap space to sign players during the season?

Example: I sign a FA but want him to have the contract value of what my remaining cap space is. (Ignoring if you have below min level space) That way teams can full utilize their cap space if wanted after FA period

Why not? Seems like teams with cap space are penalized for no reason

It was just my understanding of the rules that were set however long ago, I could also be mistaken it was just how I remembered.

Just never been the case. If that's something we want to do going forward, let's vote on it.
