My Grandson was sad he couldn't go to the Fan Day(His Dad's a beevur ), so his 5 year old cousin got this for him...

That was a recently retired, long term missionary I have known since HS... Doug actually tried to date my wife before I did (Unsuccessfully, I might add), and was on vacation with his wife. It's definitely Stanford. The guy on the far right seems super familiar but I can't put a name to him.
