I wouldn't say he's wrong. People do need to get better at titling when starting a new thread/topic.

See I figured this would be about decorum, snide remarks and contrarian attitudes; not the Khmer Grammar police but what do I know...

Of all the dumb stuff on Educk, Marty ending every post with an ellipses is the thing that bothered me the most.

Not defending it, but the way our media is going, clickbait and vague headlines are the only headlines. It's becoming immersed in all forms now. IE Facebook posts, forum posting etc.

I mean honestly, if you're looking for less stress on a forum removing things like leading elipses would help.Alan wrote:I need to stress less about our business and staff problems, home needs and kids and focus on big things like ....... lol

Lol, just to be clear I spend zero time stressing about........ ellipses on any forum, I could careless about anyone being upset about such a minor issue. Not intended at the OP. Just to make things clear, life is full of much more important things. A forum is nothing more than info and mind candy.......relax folks.pudgejeff wrote:I mean honestly, if you're looking for less stress on a forum removing things like leading elipses would help.Alan wrote:I need to stress less about our business and staff problems, home needs and kids and focus on big things like ....... lol

Seriously? I could probably think of 10,000 things that are more annoying on forums than ellipses. In fact, I don't even have a problem with them.

Seriously, this is the sort of SH!T that eventually turned eDuck in general and open season in particular to crap. Worry about things you can control and don't be grammar and punctuation cops. It's so OCD.
