A QB coming back from injury to play Arizona? What's the worst that could happen?

This should be a fun game. Tate will be fun to watch.

Re: Arizona @ Oregon (Nov. 18, Sat TBD)
With Herbert almost certain to play in this game I'd still like to see us focus on the run game early so that we can run the clock and play keep away with Tate and try to get him to force things. We know with JH that we'll be able to effectively pass the ball and it could create some huge opportunities in the PA game as Nelson runs down the field and not across it.
Where we really need to play well is to collapse the pocket and make solid tackles, not arm tackles that lead to extra yards. We've done a good job of breaking through but we've seen big plays happen when a mobile QB escapes and this one needs no explaining. People talk about getting a Graduate Transfer QB but how about one at LB next to Dye? Both units need to excel in the Red Zone and with an extra week and these coaches I'm feeling good.

Tate has turned this from an easy win to a possible uphill battle.

Really glad we have a bye week advantage. And Arizona definitely has a below-average defense, so at the least (assuming Herbert starts, of course) I expect the Ducks to score over 40.

I felt cautiously optimistic about last week and it was a disaster. I feel a sense of dread about this one, so we will probably win handily.

I predict we get out to a 70-7 halftime lead and score in the second half to seal a solid 73-70 victory.
Seriously though, I'll be interested to see what the over/under for this game is. I see it as a bad match-up for both defenses.
