Raptors are in full tank mode and get their pick back. Yes Davis could have commanded more but it wouldnt have involved his pick potentially. Also that contract will be hard to trade in a year or two so getting it off his books is best for the full on rebuild. I see the Raptors thought process

Clippers get a reliable player in Bazemore and TWolves absorb that Davis contract but give away youth.

This was by far the best Davis offer I've gotten in two years actually. I've made numerous offers to try and deal him and had several trade blocks and only one other offer rivaled getting Jordan brown.
