Fantastic news for TJ. These games certainly can help with getting into the league.

Good for him. This reminds me, anyone one know when WTIII is supposed to start working out and getting ready for the NFL draft?

He should be doing basic strengthening and flexibility exercises. He won't be able to jog for about 3 months and full running isn't recommended until about four months post-op. This is all based on if his surgery was successful.

He said he is ahead of schedule and running in the pool without his floaties. :D

With the facilities and training staff that Oregon has and Walt's hard work, he could easily be fully ready in 7 months, instead of the usual 9-10 months.
