Full pads in the Mo. Good strong workout, particularly in the weight room. Weems and Gaines were the only injuries. Weems in shells, Gaines left practice in a boot.

Sounds like Cliff Harris is doing great in practice. He should be starting at the other CB spot IMO..

In the comments section somebody asked him a question about Lewis playing CB and this was Moseley's response:
Lewis is the most physical of the bunch, so he made the most sense against Gerhart last week. Honestly, there are about six different players who could start in any given week in the secondary, based on how the Ducks feel they match up with the opponent.
I think we see Harris Saturday against ASU and Lewis back to playing safety with Ward and Boyett.

Agreed...Harris just seems to be a lot like Boyett....always in the right place at the right time....just an all around great football player!UOducksTK1 wrote:Sounds like Cliff Harris is doing great in practice. He should be starting at the other CB spot IMO..

Sucks that the NCAA kept him out of summer/fall practices. He would have had that position locked down by now.UOducksTK1 wrote:Sounds like Cliff Harris is doing great in practice. He should be starting at the other CB spot IMO..

Cliff Harris is a speedster and twirls like LaMike. He has taken kickoffs in practice all week.

I love to see how amped he is to make plays. You can just see that he lives for it. Reminds a bit of Jeremiah Johnson in that regard.

Ward and Boyett looking really good. Coach Kelly and AZZ were intense today and the team responded well. From the sound of things ASU is in for it.
