Today is Veterans Day and it's good for us to pay our respects. THANK YOU VETERANS!!!!

Also, I was unable to find the thread that included a great picture of soldiers in Iraq sharing the Duck love but I wanted to let you guys know that the University posted it on Facebook today giving a great big thank you to our Veterans. Awesome!!!

Big time thanks to our veterans. And my heart still goes out to the families and friends of those in the fort hood shooting. Can't believe politically correctness and our incompetence of being aware of the murder's history and background, hindered us from preventing that sad day from happening. Disgusts me.

Yes, A big thank you is in order to all veterans! We would not be where we are without everything that they have done for us. Today is a national holiday in France as it was on November 11, 1918 that the armistice treaty between the Allies and Germany was signed in a railway carriage in Compiègne Forest that effectively marked the end of the First World War. A little trivia for everyone!

Coming from someone with lots of friends and family who can call themselves veterans, thanks to all the veterans for all that they have given to keep this country safe.

This seems pretty cool to me....hopefully our university can do something sometime like this:

College Teams to Honor Vets With Camo Gear:

Maryland and South Carolina will wear uniforms with camouflage designs during their games Nov. 14 to honor military veterans and promote the Wounded Warrior Project.
